Update
Engineers are still investigating the cause. The guests are back online and seems to be stable. We will continue to closely monitor the node and guests.

Investigating
We have identified an issue with one of our hardware nodes located in the Auckland North Shore location which is causing intermittent downtime for some customers, engineers are currently working on getting this resolved.
