Network device is back in production and carrying network traffic, engineers are running some checks to confirm network is performing as expected.

Service should be restored now, if you're still experiencing issues please email support@sitehost.nz - we're in the process of updating the firmware on one of our network devices - after this has been completed, we will attempt to put this network device back into production.

This maintenance is still ongoing, unfortunately during this maintenance a network outage has occurred taking out networking for all customers at Auckland City, we will provide a full postmortem however the team are currently focused on restoring services to all customers.
