We are upgrading our shared mail server to improve the security, performance and reliability of our email services.
Customers with mail services will be affected, as mail services (including sending and receiving email, IMAP, POP3 and Webmail) will be unavailable while we perform the upgrade.
Emails sent to mailboxes during the maintenance window will be queued and delivered once the upgrade is complete, so we do not anticipate any emails being lost.
We will provide updates as the maintenance progresses.
