We’re currently investigating an issue affecting customers using Starlink internet connections who are unable to reach our services. Our monitoring shows that traffic from Starlink networks is not currently being correctly routed to our infrastructure, which is preventing normal connectivity. This appears to be a routing issue outside of our direct control.
Our network team is actively investigating possible mitigation and working with upstream networks to restore normal access as quickly as possible. Customers using other internet providers are not affected at this time. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
