This maintenance is now complete in Auckland Central and the final touches are being applied to Auckland North Shore. This was quite a large update for us that appears to have gone relatively smoothly except for having to extend the timeline which we apologise for.

That being said, if you run into any problems with your Cloud Containers at all or our Control Panel please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Update
We are still pressing on with the maintenance – we're currently 40 minutes into our extended maintenance window but are making good progress. We hope to be complete within 45 minutes or so.

Update
Maintenance is progressing but we have run into a couple of delays with the updates to our Cloud Container platform which means we may need to extend the maintenance window by one hour. The downtime for most servers should still be around 15 minutes.

This is one of our regular maintenance windows where we release updates to our core systems including the Control Panel (CP) and our API. Customer impact is usually low during these windows but you may not be able to access CP or our website for a small period of time. During this window we will also be restarting Cloud Containers in Auckland Central and Auckland North Shore – we expect the downtime to be brief, but plan for the full maintenance window.
