This morning our SMTP server was blacklisted by some organisations due to a customers compromised website sending out spam emails. This caused some customer outgoing emails to be bounced back from their recipient. We identified the issue and have had the blacklisting reversed. We will also be making some policy changes to prevent this from happening again which will be communicated to impacted customers in due course.
